Sudafed Sinus Ease Spray 15ml:  active ingredient is xylometazoline hydrochloride. This decongestant gets to work on sinus congestion quickly as it is applied directly to the nose.

Simply position the nozzle at the entrance to each nostril and give the bottle a gentle squeeze. Breathe in through the nose at the same time. The spray is non-drowsy and can offer congestion relief for up to 10 hours, thanks to its active ingredient, Xylometazoline

Dosage: One spray into each nostril two or three times a day

Age: Adults and Children over 12 years

Do not use it continuously for more than 7 days
