Description

Epimol-B Plus is an advanced, dermatologically formulated emollient cream specifically designed to treat very dry, rough, and scaling skin. Enriched with 10% Urea, it delivers intensive hydration while gently exfoliating dead skin cells, leaving the skin smoother, softer, and healthier.

Urea acts as a powerful humectant, drawing moisture into the skin and helping to maintain optimal hydration levels. At the same time, it works to break down hardened, rough skin, making it especially effective for areas such as elbows, knees, and feet. The formulation also includes skin-conditioning ingredients like Glycerin, Cetomacrogol, and Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), which help restore the skin’s natural barrier and prevent further moisture loss.

Epimol-B Plus is suitable for managing chronic dry skin conditions such as ichthyosis, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis. It can be used as a daily moisturizer, a soap substitute for sensitive skin, or as part of a dermatologist-recommended skincare routine.

For best results, apply to clean, damp skin after bathing to lock in moisture. While generally well tolerated, mild irritation may occur in some users. It is not recommended for use on inflamed or highly sensitive skin, especially in young children.
